Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly, In-Person
- Execute reconstruction projects according to the defined scope of work.
- Perform carpentry and finishing work including framing, drywall, mud, texture, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with demolition, ensuring safety and structural integrity are maintained.
- Apply finishes such as painting, tile work, and other final touches.
- Collaborate with the Lead Rebuild Technician, Owner, subcontractors, and team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely
- Protect customer property using plastic, drop cloths, and other materials.
- Keep company tools clean and organized.
- Assist with vehicle cleanliness and supply restocking.
- Occasionally support the mitigation team with demolition or prep if needed.
- 2+ years of construction, remodeling, or restoration experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Long-term interest in advancing into Lead Technician or Supervisor roles
Demonstrates solid carpentry, drywall, and finishing ability.
Shows up on time, works efficiently, and maintains consistent effort on site.
Works well under the direction of a Lead Technician and supports the team to achieve project goals.
Maintains professionalism and respect while working in customers’ homes or businesses.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of construction, carpentry, or restoration rebuild experience preferred
- Proficient with hand and power tools, materials, and jobsite safety
- Ability to follow scopes of work and instructions from the Lead Technician and Owner

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
